Summary
Memory is like a hard drive that stores fragments - images, touches, sounds, smells, events – and the "meaning" is the driver which gives meaning to these fragments. The reconstruction of memory is constructed by the structure of "meaning", which is related to its real situation. Writers and artists use "meaning" as a starting point to summon "memory", thereby awakening the unconscious. "Meaning" activates energy in the unconscious.
